We count by brand/ecosystem, not individual devices. So if you have 3 Ring cameras, 5 Hue bulbs, and 1 Nest thermostat — that's 3 brands, which fits the Apple Home Fix package. You can have as many devices per brand as you like.
Once your devices are in Apple Home, you can create automations yourself — no coding required. Lights that turn on at sunset, heating that adjusts when you leave, doors that lock at bedtime. We'll walk you through what's possible, but you know your routines better than anyone. The beauty is you can tweak them anytime.

Yes — our packages cover the hub hardware, installation, and configuration. Your smart devices (cameras, thermostats, lights, etc.) are purchased separately. We're happy to advise on what works best.
